Il Ristorante Monte di Giove è il luogo in cui la tradizione incontra l’innovazione e la fantasia. Ai fornelli lo chef Matteo Zenzolo propone piatti della cucina del territorio rivisitati con originalità e fantasia seppur nel rispetto della tradizione e valorizzando al meglio la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate.
