Ristorante Quadri, situato al piano nobile del Gran Caffè Quadri, è stato restaurato all’inizio del 2018 in base al progetto di Philippe Starck al quale hanno lavorato i migliori artigiani veneziani. Gode di un’invidiabile vista su Piazza San Marco e rappresenta l’espressione contemporanea dei piatti della tradizione italiana e veneziana, interpretati dalla sensibilità di chef Max Alajmo. Il pesce arriva ogni giorno dal mercato di Rialto, come anche la frutta e la verdura, caratterizzando un’offerta sensibile al ritmo della laguna. L’atmosfera che si respira nelle sale è una concentrazione di mistero, bellezza e poesia.
