Nel 2007 tre amici hanno scelto di intraprendere unavventura nel settore della ristorazione di qualità. I Capatosta a Milano nasce da una particolare idea imprenditoriale che lattuale responsabile Vincenzo Russo, insieme ai soci con cui tutto ha avuto inizio, ha coltivato con impegno e dedizione. Oggi, infatti, lattività conta ben tre sedi, di cui due nel centro della città e uno nellhinterland, in uno dei comuni dellarea metropolitana più noti e frequentati. In tutte e tre le sedi de I Capatosta a Milano si prepara la classica pizza napoletana con il cornicione spesso, rigorosamente cotta in forno a legna. Lo staff della pizzeria è sempre pronto ad accogliere i clienti e a rispondere alle esigenze e alle richieste di ciascuno con competenza e cortesia.
