Nel 2014 Giampiero Bernazzani, progettista d’interni, incontra Anna Brambilla, chef e foodblogger. Insieme vogliono creare un luogo in cui la passione per arte, design e musica si uniscano all' amore per la gastronomia sperimentale. Nasce così Tagliabrodo, un piccolo spazio in via Solari 30 a Milano, in cui le persone possano vivere un'esperienza sensoriale eclettica, assaporando zuppe italiane ed etniche, lasciandosi avvolgere dalla leggerezza delle sue trasparenze e dal calore della sua luce, ascoltando musica Blues, Soul, Jazz.
