A Roma nel quartiere Trieste-Salario, Alchemiq è tuttaltro che un semplice cocktail-bar, un locale fresco e di grande impatto. Ambiente soffuso, con arredamento industrial chic, elegante e raffinato in molti particolari e la cura per i dettagli dei ragazzi che lo gestiscono è stata davvero impeccabile. E unesperienza nata come sfizio, Valerio e Gaia Gargani, Mirko Cagnazzo, Consuelo Musselli e Agostino Zappimpulso sono tutti provenienti dal mondo dellenogastronomia di qualità e da esperienze di sala di notevole importanza. Lo scaffale del bartendering presenta il giusto: pareti adornate il giusto, senza sovraccaricare limpatto visivo, geniale e mirata lilluminazione degli scaffali dedicati al bartending. Sì, uno spazio importante è quello dedicato al mondo dei cocktail, inevitabile ovviamente se si tiene conto che allinterno dello staff, cè Mirko che, affiancato da Sabina, è anche bartender ufficiale Martini e già head-bartender dellhotel Sofitel di Roma.
