La Tradition des Alpes, trattoria situata nel centro storico di Chatillon, rispecchia in pieno tutte le caratteristiche ambientali e gastronomiche del territorio valdostano. Nella nostra trattoria è possibile trascorrere diversi momenti conviviali della giornata come: pranzi, cene ed aperitivi in compagnia. L'apertura mattutina del locale, alle ore 10:00, consente alle persone di intrattenersi con un buon aperitivo a base di vini valdostani, cocktail e bevande di vario tipo. Dalle ore 12.00 apre la nostra cucina, la quale, con un menù variabile di giorno in giorno sarà lieta di soddisfare le pause pranzo dei lavoratori ed operai che avranno il piacere di fermarsi a pranzare.
