Chalet tipico delle Valli del Monte Bianco, versante Italiano. Ristorante tradizionale ubicato ai 1850 mt. di altitudine, immerso nella Natura incontaminata delle Alpi italiane - al confine con l'Alta Savoia (Francia ). La cucina tipica è semplice, tradizionale della montagna. I piatti sono rustici ed i prodotti genuini. La polenta è il piatto base, a pranzo, a cena, in estate e in inverno ... sempre e sempre! Integrale, macinata a pietra, cotta nel paiolo, condita, naturale, alla valdostana, col latte ... servita con varie portate di carne, selvaggine, umidi, arrosti, funghi, verdure, formaggi degli alpeggi. Le zuppe sono il nostro "forte", molto richieste soprattutto in inverno.
