Ricavato nell'edificio che ospitava la cucina dei militari distaccati a Forte Marghera, la Dispensa è un locale dall'atmosfera informale, ma con menu curati e gustosi a prezzi contenuti. Propone piatti con carni selezionate, e verdure bio e di stagione. I prodotti sono scelti tra i presidi Slow Food e Campagna Amica, o provengono da produttori locali ed aziende agricole, che perseguono progetti di valorizzazione sociale. All'interno del locale è possibile acquistare prodotti tipici, in cui sarà facile risalire al produttore, ed alla qualità del processo di produzione.
