La nuova start up del ristorante la Tavernetta di Eraclea nasce da un incontro di tre giovani Giovanni, Erika e Nicol con diverse esperienze del mondo della ristorazione. Il ristorante, situato sulle sponde del Canale Brian, a pochi passi dal centro di San Donà di Piave e a metà strada tra Caorle ed Eraclea, nel entroterra, mantiene intatte le tradizioni della cucina Veneta con una attenta ricerca sulle ricette a base di pesce: dalla selezioni di carpacci alla spigola al forno rigorosamente di mare, senza trascurare i piatti di carne. La Tavernetta offre moltissime possibilità: dal pranzo veloce di mezzogiorno con la cucina dell'Osteria, alla cena con piatti particolarmente raffinati e curati dallo chef Tommaso, all'evento che può essere svolto anche fuori dall'azienda in quanto la Tavernetta è particolarmente attrezzata per banchetti e catering con personale di altissimo livello.
