L’UNA Restaurant permette di degustare le migliori specialità gastronomiche della cucina mediterranea. L’atmosfera conviviale e genuina tipica dell’ospitalità mediterranea ha guidato il restyling della zona pranzo: il bar illuminato da grappoli di luce firmati per Artemide da Michele De Lucchi e un grande banco buffet arricchito da cestini che richiamano il corallo rosso del Mediterraneo. Inedito anche l’utilizzo del vassoio “Recinto” di Alessandro Mendini, usato come porta marmellate a tavola. Il menù "à la carte" varia periodicamente seguendo le stagioni e offrendo le primizie elaborate in gustose ricette selezionate dallo Chef.
