Piadineria artigianale gestita da giovani in un ambiente confortevole e informale. Possibilità di posti a sedere oppure asporto. Offre piadine con impasto tradizionale romagnolo oppure sfoglie speciali tra le quali: integrali, cinque cereali, kamut e carbone vegetale. Il menù è vario e con ingredienti di alta qualità. Le verdure sono fresche e grigliate in giornata. Tra le piadine “speciali” sono ottime quelle con l’avocado che ben si sposa con salmone o gamberetti oppure quelle con la n’duja (salame spalmabile piccante, tipico calabrese). Tra le piadine “vegetariane” sono molto gradite quelle con l’hummus di ceci. Ampia offerta di insalate, anche componibili secondo i gusti. A rotazione vengono proposte anche delle farciture con ingredienti stagionali.
