Antonietta Canale detta ``Nietta`` nasce il 22 aprile del 1951 a Napoli, nello storico quartiere Napoletano di Santa Lucia. Figlia della Napoletanità più verace, Nietta e suo marito Luigi nel 1978 aprono il loro panificio, pizzeria e friggitoria di famiglia. Ancora oggi, dopo oltre 40 anni, la tradizione continua nel cuore di Milano.
