La pasta unicamente ripiena, si tratta quindi di agnolotti, ravioli, tortellini, mezze lune, plin...... è realizzata con produzione artigianale in diversi formati e con svariati ripieni che vengono cotti e spadellati da mani amorevoli ed esperte con altrettanta scelta di sughi, da mettere in abbinamento a piacere del cliente. Il tutto permette di mantenere inalterata la freschezza della pasta.
