Facciamo “Pizza in Pala” con impasto maturato 48 ore generato da lievito madre che permette una lievitazione lenta e naturale . Facciamo due tipi di impasto, quello con farina “00”; e quello con Multicereali (Farro, Orzo, Segale, Avena, semi di lino, semi di girasole, semi di sesamo) e ci piace farcire la nostra pizza seguendo le stagioni.
