Cos’è il Poke, ormai, a Milano iniziano a saperlo (quasi) tutti. Un’insalata di pesce crudo in versione hawaiana che sta spopolando in città, ma che spesso è già composita con alcuni ingredienti, e non sempre tutti ci piacciono.
