Il ristorante giapponese Konnichi Wa è un piccolo angolo di Giappone situato al centro di Roma, nel quartiere Prati nei pressi del Vaticano, a due passi dalla metro ottaviano. Il locale ha un aspetto prettamente tradizionale, con i colori, il parquet e le lampade che ricordano loriente. La passione e lamore che abbiamo verso il nostro lavoro e i nostri clienti ci portano ad offrire prodotti sempre freschi e di altissima qualità, i nostri chef hanno alle spalle anni ed anni di esperienza in questo campo: alcuni perché di origine giapponese, altri perché, amanti di questa stupenda cultura, hanno deciso di avvicinarsi ad essa divenendo i diretti discepoli dei Maestri del sushi in Giappone. Lavorazione e conservazione del pesce: il pesce viene quotidianamente scelto e comprato personalmente dallo Chef per offrire sempre il meglio alla clientela.
